Returns Policy

Only customers who purchased directly from KeyScan Inc, in continental USA, may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Full unit's price refund if keyboard, cable, power adapter and packaging have no damage. Product must be returned in the original KeyScan box (no writing/sticking/taping on the box); it must be wrapped properly to prevent damage. If damaged, amount of refund will be determined according to damage.

Units deemed defective may be returned for a replacement during one year from purchase date. Proof of purchase and unit's serial number required. S&H non-refundable.

Shipping of authorized return and replacement applicable only in the continental USA.

  1. Within 30 days from purchase - For authorized returns KeyScan will send shipping label and pick up the cost of shipping back to KeyScan and of shipping of a new/replacing unit to customer. Customer will need to drop the unit at nearby fedex location.
  2. More than 30 days and less than 12 months from purchase - For authorized returns customer will ship the unit back on his expense; shipping of a new/replacing unit to customer will be on KeyScan’s expense.

Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based.
